Experience: I have over 25 years of success listing, marketing, and selling REO properties. I fully understand the demands of my REO clients for an expedient sale while still realizing the highest possible return on their asset. I focus on completing all of my REO tasks from assignment to close on time. I understand my AM's are super busy and I do everything I can to insure a prompt closing. I am REOTrans Certified Platinum, Res.Net Cert, RDCPro designation, REO Vendor Manager, REOPro, REO Network, AssignREO, and others. I have/am working with JPM Chase, IndyMacBank (OneWestBank), Nationwide REO Brokers, American General Financial, First Horizon Home Loans, Single Source Property Solutions, New Vista Asset Management, Williams & Williams Auctions, and others on the liquidation of their REO assets. I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
