Demonstrating my ability as an excellent business partner, reducing loss severity and expediting asset disposition are my #1 goals as an REO Realtor. I have extensive REO experience through my years in the mortgage and real estate industries, and have built excellent relationships and partnerships in servicing, asset management, valuations, marketing, sales, and in working directly with all types of investors, homebuyers, sellers and all players of the transaction.

I believe education and information is vital in any industry, and there are limitless education opportunities in REO. I am RDCPro, REOTrans/Equator, RES.NET and SFR certified and I am a member of over 100 REO affiliations, publications, applications and networking sites. I am constantly taking classes, attending seminars and networking through various channels, from NAR to REOMAC to Five Star to my local board.
