Experience: I've been a licensed Broker in Central Oregon since 1991 and specialize in REOs. Keeping my asset managers informed and working within their deadlines is my priority. References....HSBC, Green River Capital, Bankers Asset Management, Franklin Credit Management. I have the experience and knowledge to handle all aspects of listing/selling REOs (pre-marketing BPOs, CFK, occupancy checks, re-keying, utility management, trashouts, cleans, maintenance, winterization, marketing, monthly reports, negotiating, etc.) I would appreciate the opportunity to give your REO properties the personal attention they deserve to get them sold.
